Alexis Gwyn
Alexis Gwyn, a licensed cosmetologist and certified trichologist, brings over a decade of hair care industry experience. She's dedicated to helping women of all hair types feel confident and beautiful. As a mom, Alexis empathizes with the balancing act between personal and professional life and champions the belief that all women can reach their hair care objectives. Her expertise spans hair and scalp health, addressing issues from hair loss to breakage. Alexis emphasizes education and empowerment in hair care, offering guidance for professionals and those seeking natural care solutions. Her goal is to empower women to feel confident and achieve their full potential.

Mecca Myers
I am a 28 y/o licensed cosmetologist and natural hair care specialist. I peeked interest in hair in 5th grade. I started monetizing from hair by 9th grade and my clientele started growing and increased since then. I received my Natural Hair Care Specialist license in 2013 while a senior in high school. Upon graduation I attended ECU where I graduated with a BS in Public Health, concentration in Community Health and minor in Psychology while continuing to do hair to support myself while in college. Hair was always my only job I ever worked until After graduation from ECU. I began teaching Middle School Science and throughout the 4 years that I was teaching my heart and my passion for hair had skyrocketed, I left teaching to fully pursue a career in cosmetology. I received formal training at Paul Mitchell The School Raleigh and graduated in 2022. Now working in my own suite doing hair and makeup as a freelance artist, NYFW, Miami Swim Week, working on set as celeb hair artist assistant on set while being able to be casted for individual projects and brand partnerships.

Jill Crudup
Jill has been in the beauty industry for 15 years. In 2020 she began a new venture of owning a salon. As God sends clients, the business continues to grow. Today, Jill owns 2 locations in Wake Forest, North Carolina: Glorious Crown Hair Salon and Glorious Crown Salon & Spa.
She aims to be the best steward of the salon business, inclusive of employee development and client experience. Her goal is to empower young individuals with fundamental knowledge about the beauty industry, laying a solid foundation that fosters success not just behind the chair, but in their entire career journey.
